A full day between Basque coast and the historical city of Bayonne. Starting with the heart of Biarritz a former fishing village that transformed into a major luxury resort for the French aristocracy during the 19th century. First, stop close to the lighthouse to admire the great view of the city & then take a walk along the beach and old port.

We'll continue to Bayonne A city of fascinating history and an exceptionally well preserved cultural and architectural heritage, that hides numerous attractions like the fabulous Gothic Cathedral, fortresses, and fortifications. A colorful and picturesque traditional architecture, and its hundred-year chocolate shops (including tastings).

The afternoon will be dedicated to the coast with the main visit in Saint Jean de Luz considered as a typical Basque seaside town with a lovely harbor, narrow streets, and a small beach. We'll understand the economical, historical and foody importance of the town. Last stop to take pictures in a perfect spot along the Corniche.
